Ladies and gentlemen, the first gauntlet has been thrown down: Crazy Neighbor Lady gave twenty bucks and calls it the 'Mommy Challenge'.
Consider this a Mommy Challenge - I'm sending her $20. All you mommies out there, try and match that. ;-)

I just sent you a donation via PayPal. Is PayPal going to charge their ridiculous transaction fees for Katrina related donations?
I would give more, but my employer matches dollar for dollar, so what I give there gets doubled.

Sugar: Yes, PayPal is taking out their regular fees, but I have already covered some and plan to do so up to fifty dollars.
If Sugah will make me a peppamint patty pie, I'll donate $20.
PS - I have a new challenge up at my place now.
Well, that pie costs $9 to make. So I think it's worth a $50 donation.
